FANTOM™ clones
□RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ Clone Sets
DNAFORM offers RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ Clones for sublicensing the right for use to the research community. The laboratory of Dr. Hayashizaki at the RIKEN Genome Science Laboratory has conducted a Mouse cDNA Encyclopedia Project with the goal to clone and sequence full-length cDNAs for all genes expressed in mouse. Out of this project DNAFORM distributes the published RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ (Functional Annotation Of Mouse) cDNA clones. For all clones data are available on the website of RIKEN under (http://fantom.gsc.riken.jp/) and in other public databases.
All full-length sequenced (FLS) RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ FLS cDNA Clones can be ordered from DNAFORM as individual clones or re-arrayed groups of clones. Individual RIKEN FANTOM™ FLS Clones are provided as bacterial stocks. On request, DNAFORM can provide purified and sequence verified plasmid DNA from individual FANTOM™ FLS Clones.
RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ Clones and RIKEN Mouse FANTOM™ Clone Sets are of experimental nature, and no warranties implied or expressed can be made for the fitness of the clones and any clone related information. Furthermore we cannot exclude that certain cDNA clones are not available for distribution. Moreover, original plates out of the RIKEN Mouse cDNA Encyclopedia Project may contain a larger number of un-sequenced cDNA clones.
