FANTOM™: How to find?

The DNAFORM Clone Search Engine allows you to query all FANTOM™ clones and clone related information and to place orders using DNAFORM's on-line shop.

The database can be queried by clone IDs, clone accession numbers, gene accession numbers, gene entrez IDs or gene symbols using the "Search by clone or gene ID" function. You can further make sequence searches using the "Search by BLAST nucleotide sequence" function.
